YARD REAAS was technical advisor to Kryalos SGR for the Due Diligence activities, in the acquisition of an area of over 54,000 sqm for an urban regeneration project in Pomezia, in the province of Rome.

The development project involves the complete demolition of a long-disused building for the construction of a new logistics warehouse of approximately 20,000 sqm.

The land, taken over by the Mazer fund, a closed-end real estate investment fund managed by Kryalos SGR, is located along Via della Solfatara, a strategic road axis for the entire province of Rome due to its proximity to Fiumicino airport and arterial roads such as the SS 148 Pontina and the Grande Raccordo Anulare.
