YARD REAAS has assisted Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR, on behalf of Aesculapius Fund, as technical advisor for the Technical Due Diligence activities in the acquisition of 11 clinical and hospital facilities located in different regions of Italy, including Campania, Puglia, Piedmont and with a strong concentration in Lombardy.

The transaction has been finalised through the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the IASO Fund.

The portfolio consists of 10 hospital facilities leased to ICSM, of which 6 are Scientific Hospitaliation and Care Institutes (IRCCS), as well as an RSA located in Milan, and has over 1,200 beds accredited and affiliated with the National Health Service.
