Emanuele Bellani is Partner & CEO. He has full responsibilities of all the business lines and the client portfolio.
In 2008, he was the founder and Managing Director of REAAS SpA, a leading integrated technical consultancy company in the real estate prime market. He oversaw the establishment of the English REAAS UK Ltd (2014) and the expansion in the UK and French markets (UK 2014 and France 2019).
With his strong technical background honed through his experience with international real estate and private equity clients, he previously held management positions in multinational companies active in the real estate, industrial and insurance sectors.
He is a member of the General Council and President of the Advisory & Valuation working group of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare.
Since 2011 he has been invited as speaker and collaborator with top Masters in the sector, including “REM - Real Estate Management” at the Polytechnic University of Milan, the Master in “Facility, Property and Real Estate Management" of the Master-and-Skills business school at the La Sapienza University of Rome, in addition to, in the past, the business school of the LUISS University – Guido Carli.
Enrolled in the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) as a Member (MRICS), he has been on the Board of RICS in Italy (2016 – 2019). He promoted the company’s participation in the United Nations PRI program (“Principles for Responsible Investment”) for responsible private equity investment.
He received an honorable mention for the “Award for Excellence in Real Estate” during RE ITALY 2018 and “Best Talent Under 40 in the Real Estate market” during RE ITALY 2016; in 2012 he also received for REAAS the international “Le Fonti” prize for the “Best Start-Up Environmental Due Diligence in Real Estate”.
Since 2021, he has been a shareholder and Vice-President of Urania Basket, one of the Top Milan Teams in the A2 National League. Emanuele played in Urania for several years.
He graduated with a science degree from the University of Milan.

Paolo Perrella is Partner & CFO of the RYZE Group. He oversees corporate functions related to finance, HR, administration and legal and corporate affairs.
He worked for approximately ten years as an Equity Analyst, first in the Finance department of RAS (Allianz Group) and later for ABN AMRO as a Member of the Pan-European Telecom Research Team. After two years at Interbanca as Senior Manager - Equity Capital Markets, he worked at Telecom Italia first as Head of Investor Relations, then as a Manager in Strategic Planning, reporting directly to the CEO. Finally, he held the position of Head of Investor Relations at De Agostini S.p.A., managing investor relations and monitoring and controlling some significant financial investments of the Group.
Specialized in financial analysis and valuation, business planning, corporate finance transactions (IPOs and M&A), budgeting, business process reorganization, ERP, and HR. He has been an external lecturer at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and Bocconi University in Milan.
Since 2019, he has been a Partner of US Pallacanestro Aurora Desio 94, a basketball team that competes in the B National League and stands out in Italian youth leagues with 26 national finals in 30 years.
Graduated with honors in Business Administration from Bocconi University, he obtained the international Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification in 2002.

Paolo Datti is Partner & Deputy Chairman – Head of M&A of the RYZE Group. Looks after the organisational management and corporate finance, the implementation of business and growth strategies, and the supervision of core activities.
In 2008 he cofounded REAAS and held the position of President and Managing Director, with the goal of creating a dialogue between the financial and real estate worlds, acquiring management skills coming out of a specialised multinational.
In 1998 he entered the consulting sector with Coopers & Lybrand (later PwC) in the role of auditor and certifier of financial statements, he later became a financial analyst at Eurco S.p.A. – Piazza Affari SIM S.p.A, taking on, over the years, the role of Planning and Organisation Manager, as well as that of resource manager.
He began his entrepreneurial activity in 2006 by acquiring the majority stake in a holding company pursuant to ex art. 106, operating in the NPL sector. Meanwhile he was independently pursuing his consulting activity in the area of Asset Allocation for high-net-worth individuals, M&A and Corporate Finance, from 2011 working with a financial advisor that would later evolve and merge with a company listed on AIM and acquire a majority stake in Advance SIM.
He graduated with a degree in business administration at Bocconi University with a specialisation in finance and markets.
