YARD REAAS has assisted a private family office, as technical advisor for the Technical Due Diligence activities, in the acquisition of ‘Garage Traversi’, a prestigious property for retail and office use located in Via Bagutta 2, in the exclusive Milanese area known as the ‘Quadrilatero della Moda’.

The sale, which was carried out by Invesco Real Estate, follows a redevelopment process of the property, which now combines prestigious historical features with modern technical characteristics and is home to leading luxury operators.
