YARD REAAS has assisted Iroko ZEN SCPI, a French institutional investor, as technical advisor for the Technical and Environmental Phase I Due Diligence activities in the acquisition of a portfolio consisting of three hotels in Emilia Romagna, near Bologna. This transaction represents Iroko Zen’s first real estate investment in Italy.

The three hotels, located in Sassuolo (Modena), Castelmaggiore (Bologna) and Ferrara, are strategically placed to capitalise on high levels of both business and leisure travellers. The hotels are operated by B&B Hotels, an established brand which operates 865 hotels across 17 countries.
