YARD REAAS supported Kervis SGR as technical advisor for the Technical and Environmental Due Diligence activities in the acquisition of a real estate complex located in Via Carlo Darwin, 20 in Milan.

The complex, with over 40,000 sqm of gross area and more than 27,000 sqm of commercial area, is fully let to premium tenants including NABA - Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti.

Located in the heart of the Navigli area, this campus is a prime example of a mixed-use “alternative asset”, combining education and office functions in a rapidly evolving urban district. Also, the complex is BREEAM “Excellent” certified,  consistent with the ESG goals pursued by the company.
