YARD REAAS supported COIMA SGR as technical advisor for the Technical Due Diligence activities in the acquisition of a property located in Via Carcani, in the Trastevere district of Rome.

The transaction involves a total investment of circa €50 million for the repositioning of the asset – a nine-storey, free-standing building currently leased to the Ministry of Universities and Research (MUR) – with a subsequent conversion of its use from office to residential apartments.

The project, in line with the investment strategy of the “COIMA Opportunity Fund III” focused on building reuse and energy transition, is part of the Urban Regeneration Program of the Porta Portese Area, promoted by the City of Rome to enhance the district.
