YARD REAAS acted as Project & Construction Manager on behalf of Prelios SGR in the refurbishment and redevelopment of the historic building located at Corso Europa, 22, in the San Babila district of Milan.

The property, which extends over 8 floors and covers approximately 3,400 sqm, is fully leased. Originally designed in the 1950s by architect Vico Magistretti, the building is part of the real estate fund portfolio “primo RE”, managed by Prelios SGR. It underwent a comprehensive refurbishment and redevelopment program involving the common areas, façade, relocation of the main entrance with the subsequent consolidation of the retail units, systems upgrades, and a skillful enhancement of the seventh and eighth floors.

YARD REAAS managed the Project & Construction Management activities, overseeing the entire process from the design phase through to execution, including the coordination of the entry and fit-out works for some tenants.
