YARD REAAS acted as Project & Construction Manager on behalf of Servizi Confindustria Bergamo in the construction of new plaza in front of the Confindustria Bergamo headquarters located in the technological park Kilometro Rosso of Bergamo.

The plaza, which extends over 450 sqm, has been built to complete the headquarters of Confindustria Bergamo, which is operational since 2020. It includes a green area, a stage area for events, an elevated platform of 90 sqm with seats for about 100 people, and was designed to host and encourage interactions among people. The plaza also stands out for its innovative thermal regulation systems: an antifreeze heating system for winter warm-up and an atomiser for summer cooling.

The project was commissioned by Servizi Confindustria Bergamo srl for the headquarters of Confindustria Bergamo.
