YARD REAAS acted as Project & Construction Manager on behalf of Kervis SGR, integrating Monitoring and Handover & Release activities to tenants, as part of the redevelopment of the former NATO Pavilion, located at Viale della Civiltà del Lavoro 38, in the heart of Rome's Eur district.

The project, carried out on behalf of the GO Italia V Fund managed by Kervis SGR, brings to a close the important urban redevelopment and gives back to the city, after a long period of inactivity, a symbolic building, which is now rented to a global top player in the Tech & Communication sector.

The renovation has preserved the original features of the Pavilion, enhancing them with a contemporary image: an independent building - a unique architectural gem with a strong identity and historical value - of approximately 1,800 square metres distributed over three levels, complete with a rooftop.

The enhancement of the spaces, shaped by ESG pillars to offer comfort and functionality with terraces dedicated to networking, large common areas and a food & beverage area, rewards the investment and restores a neighbourhood quadrant of high and renewed identity attraction.

The regeneration of the Pavilion concludes the wider transformation of the entire complex, which has been converted into an urban campus which covers approximately 22,000 square metres and is divided into two buildings connected by a 2,000 square metre green area, which is going to obtain LEED Gold Certification.

YARD REAAS ensured constant and integrated supervision throughout the entire redevelopment process, guaranteeing full consistency between the design vision, technical execution and property enhancement objectives. The high level of coordination between all stakeholders involved – the contractor, suppliers and tenants – made it possible to meet deadlines, budgets and quality standards, contributing significantly to the success of the project.
