YARD REAAS supported Palazzo Costanzi as technical advisor for the Technical Due Diligence and closing support activities in the acquisition of Hotel Borgo di Cortefreda located in Barberino Tavarnelle (Florence) by the company Palazzo Costanzi.

The operation consists in the early redemption of the real estate asset by Soges Group and its subsequent sale.

Alongside the operation, a long-term rental agreement was signed, allowing Soges to continue managing the facility without interruption under the brand Place of Charme.
