RYZE has acted as Technical Advisor to Fonciere Lfpi Europa (FLE), through its vehicle FLE Italia SICAF, for the Technical Due Diligence activities relating to the acquisition of a real estate asset located in Padua, intended to become a hotel/hostel under the Hotello brand.

The asset, subject to a major refurbishment, will provide up to approximately 260 beds and spacious communal areas, and will be managed by a leading operator in the hospitality sector under a 12-year lease.

A retail floor is also being refurbished, with part of it already leased to the Popeyes brand.
