RYZE is supporting Prelios SGR, manager of the Eterea Fund, and GARBE Industrial in the role of Project & Construction Manager for the new construction of the MilEast Logistics Park in Covo (Bergamo).
The project combines property development, environmental sustainability and a long-term strategic vision. The hub, currently under construction, is situated in a strategic location along the Bergamo-Brescia-Milan axis, within the former Alimonti industrial area, which has undergone urban regeneration and redevelopment as part of the project. Spanning over 22,200 square metres and divided into two sections, it has been designed to the highest ESG standards and aims to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
