AEGIS (RYZE Group) plays a leading role in the TELT Turin–Lyon Railway project
AEGIS, the engineering and architecture firm, part of the RYZE Group, specialised in integrated design and the management of complex infrastructure projects, is playing a leading role in the TELT Turin–Lyon Railway Project, one of the most important infrastructure developments in Europe. In particular, AEGIS is overseeing the CO10 Operational Site (the Salbertrand industrial hub and the Susa area), dedicated to the enhancement and sustainable management of excavation materials on the Italian side of the international section.
CO10 represents a strategic element within the overall construction system: it is here that the integrated management of excavated earth and rocks (known as “muck”) takes place, originating from the Base Tunnel, the Bussoleno Interconnection Tunnel and the Maddalena construction site. This system infrastructure is essential to ensure operational continuity, safety and sustainability throughout the entire construction supply chain.
Within this framework, AEGIS plays a central role in design and coordination, contributing to the definition of a model capable of integrating industrial plants, logistics, civil infrastructure and environmental aspects into a single coherent and controlled process.
