RYZE assisted AKNO Group in the role of Technical Advisor for the Technical Due Diligence activities aimed at the acquisition of two office assets in San Donato Milanese.

The buildings cover a total private area of approximately 28,000 square metres spread over eight floors above ground. The complex includes approximately 23,000 square metres of green areas and 357 parking spaces, elements that contribute to a high standard of quality and full usability by corporate and institutional tenants. The properties come from two different funds managed by DeA Capital Real Estate SGR and Kervis, confirming the institutional significance of the transaction in the Milanese real estate landscape.
