RYZE acted as Technical Advisor to the Mi.To Real Estate Fund, managed by Green Arrow Capital, providing Technical Due Diligence and ABI-compliant Valuations for the acquisition of a trophy asset in Via Vivaio and a property in Via Paracelso, Milan.

The total value of the deal, structured by Crea.Re Advisory through a real estate securitisation vehicle with the Mi.To Fund as sponsor, lead investor and principal subscriber of the junior notes, exceeds €50 million.

The trophy asset is located at Via Vivaio 24, in the residential area of the Quadrilatero del Silenzio. It is a six-storey free-standing building of approximately 3,800 square metres, comprising 22 residential units. The project involves the refurbishment of the communal areas and the enhancement of the property through the sale of individual units.

The second asset, at Via Paracelso 6 (Loreto/Città Studi area), is a four-storey building covering approximately 2,600 square metres, comprising 14 residential units, as well as two offices and six commercial spaces. The project involves the refurbishment of the communal areas and the sale of the individual units.
