YARD REAAS: Roberto Calandrini joins the Group as Chief Data, AI & Technology Officer (CDAITO)

Milan, 21 March 2025 – The YARD REAAS Group, leader in Italy in real estate consulting and integrated management of real estate services, announces that Roberto Calandrini has joined the company in the role of Chief Data, AI & Technology Officer (CDAITO).
Reporting directly to CEO Emanuele Bellani, Roberto will be responsible for driving the Group's technological evolution through the strategic integration of innovative technologies, data, and AI into internal processes and tech service offerings. With the objective of supporting the company's growth and digital transformation through the optimisation of business processes and the development of scalable solutions, thanks to Roberto's appointment, the Group will further enhance the digitalisation of its services, leveraging technological innovation to improve its efficiency and competitiveness.
A graduate in Telecommunications Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, over the years Roberto has gained extensive experience in leadership roles in top companies. Specialised in the strategic implementation of advanced technologies, data and artificial intelligence to improve business performance, he has led complex projects for the innovation, management and optimisation of company processes, with a particular focus on issues related to the use of data, algorithms and advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, HPC and Remote Sensing.
