Milan, 20 February 2025 - The YARD REAAS Group, Italy's leading provider of real estate consultancy and multi-disciplinary real estate management services, announces that Ivano Ilardo has joined the company in the role of Senior Advisor in the Business Development division.
As part of the Business Development function, Ivano will focus on two key strategic vectors: generating new business opportunities by leveraging existing services and supporting the CEO and the M&A team in the Group's expansion and internationalisation in Italy, France and Spain with the aim of becoming one of Europe’s top players in the industry.
A graduate in Business Administration from Bocconi University of Milan as well as a RICS Fellow (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), he has more than 25 years of professional experience in real estate transactions, funds and asset management, having held prominent roles in leading companies both in Italy and abroad. In addition to his strategic know-how gained in various areas of real estate, Ilardo has experience ranging from real estate asset management to advising on investment and development transactions. He has worked alongside leading institutional investors and developers, supporting them in the implementation of their domestic and international growth plans, including the purchase and sale of single assets/large portfolios, feasibility studies and business planning of mixed-use development projects.
