YARD REAAS supported OTG Office Srl as ESG advisor in the process of obtaining the BREEAM In-Use v6 Part 1 sustainability certification, achieving a “Very Good” rating for the building located at Via della Guastalla, 2 in Milan.

The property, also known as Palazzo della Guastalla, is a fully independent, standalone building of approximately 4,400 sqm of commercial space, facing the street of the same name and overlooking the historic garden of the Sormani Library.

The BREEAM In-Use certification acknowledges commitment to the continuous improvement of the building’s environmental, social, and governance performance.
