Rome, 1 August 2024 - The YARD REAAS Group, leader in Italy in real estate consulting and integrated management of real estate services, joins as Supporting Member of ROMA REgeneration ETS, a non-profit foundation dedicated to the growth and development of the Capital, promoting a path of environmental, social and economic sustainability.
The membership of ROMA REgeneration is further enlarged, confirming that the institutional objectives pursued by the Foundation are at the core of the collective interest of the relevant actors who want to contribute with their involvement and specific know-how to be made available to the Capital.
YARD REAAS, that has always paid very much attention to issues of sustainability and social responsibility, is committed to cooperating with ROMA REgeneration ETS, providing its expertise and resources to support the Foundation's initiatives and promote a sustainable and inclusive development of the Capital thanks to a wide range of real estate services in the technical (due diligence, project management & monitoring), environmental, valuation and management (property & building management) fields, together with a specific division with cross-cutting expertise dedicated to ESG services.
The Group's commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles is amply reflected in its support of ROMA REgeneration ETS: YARD REAAS, in 2015 the first real estate consultancy company registered for Italy in PRI - Principles for Responsible Investment, sees this membership as an opportunity to further strengthen its contribution to the community and the environment by integrating the core values of sustainability into its daily operations.
