YARD REAAS acted as technical consultant for a leading international real estate investor in the acquisition from Segro, in its role as venture adviser to the SEGRO European Logistics Partnership ("SELP"), of a portfolio of logistics warehouses located in Milan and Rome, with a total value of € 327 million.

The portfolio consists of four ESG-certified logistics warehouses, two located in Milan and two in Rome, with a total floor space of 338,745 sqm, currently leased to national and international operators active in the e-commerce, DIY, and food distribution sectors.

YARD REAAS supported the Client as a technical advisor during the acquisition phase of the property, carrying out Technical and Environmental Due Diligence activities.
