RYZE has assisted the Mi.To Real Estate Fund, managed by Green Arrow Capital, providing Technical Due Diligence and ABI-Compliant Valuations aimed at the acquisition of a trophy asset in via Bazzini, 4 in Milan.

The total value of the deal, structured by Crea.Re Advisory through a real estate multi-tranching securitisation vehicle with the Mi.To Fund as sponsor, main subscriber of the junior notes, is €25 million.

This prestigious property spans six floors and covers a total area of 4,500 square metres; it will undergo refurbishment of the communal areas and the sale of 40 individual residential units.
