Built in the last years of the 19th century, Cordusio 2.0 is a 15,000 sqm building with high historical and architectural value, located in the square of the same name, crossroads of the most important streets of the center of Milan.
Key elements of the renovation project of the asset, acquired in 2016, were the construction of high-street retail units on the first floors, through the reconversion of the basement boiler room and the closure of the inner courtyard with a glazed roof, and exclusive, flexible office spaces on the upper floors. The top floor was transformed from a technical room to a prime location with a large window offering a panoramic view of the Milan skyline. The renovation was completed in 2019 according to the highest international standards of sustainability and energy efficiency, respecting the original architecture and materials, obtaining the LEED GOLD certification.
