Project and description of the property

Built between 1955 and 1956, Torre Tirrena, also renamed "The Liberty Tower", is a complex located in Piazza Liberty, close to the Duomo and Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, the Milan’s main high street.
The building consists of a 6,000 sqm parallelepiped structure and houses retail spaces on the first floor and offices on the upper floors. The regeneration project gave The Liberty Tower a 360º view of the city, further enhancing the building thanks to the full-height glazed façade and a panoramic terrace overlooking the Milan skyline.

The project, which included the regeneration of the entire existing complex, was completed at the beginning of 2021 with the awarding of the LEED GOLD certificate, guaranteeing the utmost attention to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.
