YARD REAAS assisted Praemia REIM Italy SGR S.p.A. as technical advisor for the Acquisitive Due Diligence and Project Monitoring activities in the acquisition of a new healthcare facility in the municipality of Carugo (Como) in Lombardy.

Praemia REIM Italy SGR S.p.A., acting as advisor of the investment fund la Sci Primosalute Immobiliare managed by Praemia REIM France, acquired the property, newly built on an area of approximately 15,497 sqm and characterised by a gross usable area of approximately 12,384 sqm, consisting of a healthcare facility with 240 beds.

The purchase of the asset took place in the context of a sale & lease back transaction with Gruppo Zaffiro S.p.A. which, since the date of acquisition, is the current operator of the residential care facility through a long-term lease agreement.
