YARD REAAS assisted Logicor and Kryalos SGR as technical advisor for the Acquisitive Due Diligence and Project Monitoring activities in the acquisition of a new warehouse in Sordio, Lodigiano.

Logicor, one of the leading owners, operators and developers of logistics real estate in Europe, and Kryalos SGR, a private and independent asset management company with over €13 billion AuM, announced the acquisition of the property, taken over by Mazer, a closed-end real estate investment fund managed by Kryalos SGR, which covers a total area of approximately 23,000 sqm, of which over 10,000 sqm is dedicated to warehousing and approximately 1,500 sqm to offices, and features more than 3,700 sqm of green areas.

The warehouse is located in a strategic area as it is just a few kilometres from Milan, the main logistics centre in Northern Italy and with one of the highest occupancy rates in the country. The property is also well connected to the airports of Linate and Orio al Serio.
