YARD REAAS served as the technical advisor to Kryalos SGR, on behalf of the Mercury fund, in the acquisition of three last-mile logistics assets, with a total surface area of over 110,000 sqm, located in the provinces of Milan and Piacenza, in the area known as Greater Milan, strategically connected to major highway junctions.

The first asset, located in Cortemaggiore, in the province of Piacenza, has an area of approximately 42,000 sqm and is fully leased to an Italian 3PL operator. The assets in the province of Milan are located in Pieve Emanuele and Liscate, with areas of 24,000 sqm and 47,000 sqm respectively: the first is leased to one of the main couriers in Italy, while the second is leased to an international 3PL tenant.

In the acquisition, YARD REAAS supported Kryalos SGR as a technical advisor by conducting Pre-Acquisition and ESG Due Diligence activities.
