Human Company, a leading outdoor tourism company in Italy with 12 facilities, around €150 million in revenue, and an expected EBITDA of €40 million in 2024 for the open-air sector alone, has reached an agreement with Hines, a global investment, development, and real estate management company, and Clessidra, a leading player in the Italian private equity market, that involves a capital increase subscription by the latter in a newly established company.

The capital entry will take place through a transaction worth a total of €120 million, subscribed by Hines, backed by a leading international investor, and Clessidra, both entering the open-air tourism segment for the first time.

The transaction confirms Human Company's growth ambitions, which, through the partnership with Hines and Clessidra, integrates and enhances real estate and corporate governance expertise to support a new evolutionary phase of the company and the development of "greenfield" projects", built in free and unused areas, aiming to set a new standard in open-air hospitality.

The goal is to create a distinctive product based on a broad concept of sustainability for villages that not only care for the surrounding nature but are also open to continuous interaction with the territory and local communities.
