YARD REAAS is assisting Prelios SGR and the Municipality of Piacenza in the redevelopment project of the former Manifattura Tabacchi area in Piacenza, acting as Project Manager for the activities of Works Director, Construction Manager, Safety and testings Coordinator.

Designed with the vision of building a space that is perfectly integrated into the urban texture, near Piacenza's historic center, but independent in terms of services, the project includes the construction of a new school, a gym, and 280 new residential units, 143 of which will be used for social housing.

The project, with resources coming also from the PNRR, has been recognized as a virtuous example of urban regeneration on a national level, as well as a virtuous collaboration between the public and private stakeholders.
