RYZE has supported Ardian and Rockfield Real Estate as technical advisor for Technical Due Diligence and Phase I Environmental Analysis in the preliminary agreement for the future acquisition of a 427-bed building in Viale Certosa, Milan.

The asset, located in a strategic position for reaching the Politecnico di Milano-Bovisa, will be converted into a new-generation student residence, equipped with a wide range of high-quality services designed to promote well-being, socialising and a balanced lifestyle for students.
