YARD REAAS supported the Mi.To Real Estate Fund in the role of technical advisor for technical due diligence and ABI-compliant valuations relating to the acquisition of a portfolio of residential, office and commercial real estate assets, located mainly in Milan, for a total of over 15,000 square metres.

This is the fifth investment for the Mi.To Real Estate Fund, the largest to date in terms of size. The initiative, promoted by Green Arrow Capital and Crea.Re Advisory, is dedicated to the mid-size residential segment in the cities of Milan and Turin.

Among the properties acquired, the main one is a historic building located at Via Vincenzo Foppa 4, in the Solari district of Milan, designed by architect Pietro Portaluppi. The project involves a 24-month refurbishment and internal renovation, with a view to selling the property in separate units. The other assets in the portfolio include an office in the City Life area of Milan, two commercial premises in the centre of Bresso and a villa in Varese, which will be sold off.
