Milan, 20 June 2024 - The YARD REAAS Group, Italy's leading real estate consultancy and integrated real estate management services provider, has signed an exclusive partnership with Deepki, the market-leading ESG data-intelligence company, with the aim of further implementing its ESG service offering.
As a result of the agreement, YARD REAAS will be the first provider in Italy to use the Deepki Ready™ platform to support its clients in the advanced assessment of the ESG impact on their real estate portfolio with particular reference to the assessment of physical and climatic risks and energy efficiency along the path to net zero.
YARD REAAS, thanks to the exclusive agreement with Deepki, consolidates its own positioning strongly focused on sustainability, continuing the path already undertaken since 2015 when the company - first in Italy among the Real Estate ones - enrolled in the PRI - Principles for Responsible Investment.
