Paolo Orlando, Head of Property Division at YARD REAAS Group, will be one of the key speakers at the “Le Asset Class – Vecchie e nuove strade dell’investimento immobiliare” organised by Il Quotidiano Immobiliare, scheduled for Thursday, June 19th at the Assimpredil Ance headquarters in Milan.

During the event, Paolo will take part in the roundtable “Living: Build-to-Sell e Build-to-Rent, per chi costruiamo case?”, dedicated to one of the most dynamic segments of the Italian real estate market. His talk will offer an in-depth look at how the living market – currently one of the most attractive asset classes for real estate investors – is evolving to meet real housing demand. In particular, he will focus on the Build-to-Sell and Build-to-Rent models, analysing their outlook and implications for the sector.
