Ivano Ilardo, Senior Advisor - Business Development at the RYZE Group, will participate as a speaker at the workshop ‘Housing Under Pressure: Affordability, Supply, and New Models’ organised by ITA - Italian Trade Agency, scheduled for Wednesday 11 March at the Italian Pavilion at MIPIM.

The meeting, dedicated to addressing the characteristics of the residential sector in Italy, will offer an overview of the main challenges of the market and development opportunities for investors and operators.

The debate will address the main issues influencing the dynamics of the sector's evolution, such as the differences between renting and buying, price sustainability, and demand growth forecasts.

The RYZE Group will be present at MIPIM 2026, from 9 to 13 March in Cannes, with a dedicated stand, R9.R on the Riviera Terrace.
