Giulia Pizzini, ESG & Sustainability Project Manager at YARD REAAS Group, attended the Camelot event titled “Evolving ESG” by Il Quotidiano Immobiliare as a speaker held on March 4th.
The topic of the panel was the expertise required for the integration of ESG aspects in real estate management.

“Our role as ESG advisors has expanded from what it used to be 10 years ago.” she commented. “We are witnessing a change in the market due also to an evolving environmental regulatory framework, so we must always be up-to-date on these matters. We need to be able to engage with different stakeholders (banks, investors, developers, companies, etc.) in order to understand their needs and turn them into tangible sustainable solutions to help them achieve their strategic goals.”
