Headquarter of the historic football club and a place where supporters and enthusiasts can meet, Casa Milan is a 14,300 sqm building that houses the Club’s employees, but also Mondo Milan Museum, Milan store, the ticket office, and Casa Milan Bistro. Located in via Aldo Rossi in Milan – in the area of Portello, close to the City Life business district – Casa Milan is a one-roof building in modern glass, built as part of the regeneration project of former Alfa Romeo and Lancia industrial areas. The main feature of the building is the presence of concentric red and black rings on the façade and the silhouettes of the football players on the outline of the roof.
Our activities
The RYZE Group assisted Fabrica Imobilare SGR as a technical advisor for acquisitive technical Due Diligence activities. Since 2021, YARD REAAS has also been carrying out Property Management activities on the asset belonging to the Inarcassa RE Fund, sector 1.
