YARD REAAS has assisted Logicor and Kryalos SGR as technical advisor for pre-acquisition Due Diligence and Phase I and II environmental assessments of two land plots in Pomezia, in the province of Rome, covering a total of 200,000 sqm.

The sites are strategically located less than 30 km south from the city of Rome and 33 km from Fiumicino Airport, important transportation hub in Italy.

The first plot, spanning 52,000 sqm, involves the redevelopment of an abandoned industrial site to create a modern, efficient, and sustainable 14,000 sqm logistics warehouse. The second plot – covering a total area of 150,000 sqm – will accommodate a 15,000 sqm warehouse on a 75,000 sqm section. The remaining 85,000 sqm will be designated for urban development, public green areas, and parking spaces.

Both sites will have a strong focus on sustainability, featuring photovoltaic systems, LED lighting, and landscaping interventions.
