YARD REAAS was technical advisor of Ardian in the acquisition of a student housing building in Bologna for the pre-acquisition technical Due Diligence activities.

The asset subject of the transaction is a new building completed in 2022 and located in the city centre, near the university district. It was built to the highest international standards of sustainability, achieving LEED Gold certification.

The building has 16 floors above ground and a basement for a total area of 20,000 square meters. The more than 500 beds it accommodates have an occupancy rate close to 100%.
