RYZE has assisted Arkéa REIM as Technical Advisor in carrying out Technical Due Diligence activities and support for the acquisition of a portfolio consisting of four DIY stores in Italy.

The properties, located in Rome, Carugate, Bari, and San Giovanni Teatino, cover a total area of approximately 43,600 m². The structures are located in established and dynamic commercial areas, characterized by high accessibility and excellent visibility, elements that enhance their commercial appeal.

The portfolio is entirely leased to Leroy Merlin Italia, a subsidiary of the Adeo Group, the European leader in the DIY sector. The assets benefit from long-term leases with a tenant of primary standing, ensuring solid visibility of income streams over time.
