YARD REAAS technical advisor of Kervis SGR in the acquisition of a property at via Tortona, 37 in Milan

The KREF2 fund (“Kervis Real Estate Fund II”), managed by Kervis SGR, has finalised the acquisition of a ground floor property currently used as offices located at via Tortona, 37 in Milan, with a total gross area of 9,000 sqm.

The stand-alone property is located within the Tortona 37 complex, the result of an ambitious redevelopment process of an industrial area in the renowned fashion, art and design district, built in 2009 according to the highest environmental standards, thus obtaining the BREEAM certification in Use Good.

The technical peculiarities of the property, such as the double-height structural units, make Tortona 37 an interesting and valuable asset. The project - KREF2's fourth investment - envisages the realisation of unique residential units, in line with the fund's strategy to realise EUR 300 million worth of investments in Milan.

YARD REAAS assisted Kervis SGR in the acquisition phase of the property, carrying out technical and environmental Due Diligence activities.
