The “Go Italia VII” fund, managed by DeA Capital Real Estate SGR, has obtained a green loan aimed at refinancing a real estate portfolio consisting of 13 logistics properties, with a total surface area exceeding 400,000 sqm.

The € 240 million green loan, structured according to the Green Loan Principles of the Loan Market Association, is aligned with the taxonomy principles set at the European level for green investments.

In the operation, Dea Capital Real Estate SGR relied on YARD REAAS as a technical advisor for Technical Due Diligence, ESG Due Diligence, and verification of alignment with the European taxonomy.
