Temple University, the prestigious American University headquartered in Philadelphia, has appointed YARD REAAS as Project Manager for the construction works of the new university campus in Via di San Sebastianello, between Piazza di Spagna and Trinità dei Monti, in Rome.

The project for the creation of the new Temple University headquarters - capable of accommodating over 300 students from all over the world - includes the complete refurbishment of a building with the aim of transforming it into a modern and functional university campus, complete with classrooms, laboratories and dormitories. The interventions will also include the renovation of the electrical, mechanical and special installations, as well as improvements to the interior finishes with highquality components.

YARD REAAS is acting as the Project Manager for Temple University for all activities related to the renovation of the building, which will give luster to the town the city of Rome.
