RYZE has acted as technical advisor to DeA Capital Real Estate SGR and Tikehau Capital for Technical Due diligence, Environmental Due Diligence and Project Monitoring activities in the structuring, negotiation and signing of a loan agreement for the energy redevelopment of the buildings in Via Cristoforo Colombo and Via Capitan Bavastro in Rome.

The two properties are entirely leased to the Ministry of the Environment and Security and will undergo refurbishment works aimed at obtaining LEED certification.
