Laura Piantanida, Head of Institutional Relations at YARD REAAS Group, will participate as a speaker at the CDV Conference Management conference ‘The Profitability of Student Housing’, to be held online on 25 September 2024.

Under the magnifying glass the Student Housing asset class, with an overview of development strategies, management models and contractual choices that offer greater guarantees of profitability for both investors and operators involved.

Laura will take part in the panel entitled ‘From the building site to the start of operations: priorities and focus of the technical due diligence in the various phases of the acquisition process’, exploring the role of the technical advisor in all the preparatory steps to the purchase and sale of a student housing, with building site underway: from the pre-acquisition technical due diligence supporting the preliminary contract, to the monitoring of the timing/SAL/planning/building iter of the development up to the final pre-project due diligence of the completed complex.
