Ivano Ilardo, Senior Advisor – Business Development at RYZE Group, gave a lecture as a guest lecturer to students of the Real Estate & Urban Land Economics faculty at Wisconsin School of Business, part of the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States.

The training session was held in Rome on February 10 at St. John's University and was designed for students visiting for a study period.

Ivano gave an overview of the Italian real estate market, comparing it with the broader European market, and the role of real estate services in the sector.

“I would like to thank the Wisconsin School of Business for giving me this wonderful opportunity to share the current situation and prospects of our market,” Ivano commented. “It is always very stimulating to engage with a young and motivated audience, especially when they come from a context, including real estate, that is profoundly different from ours.”
