Ivano Ilardo, Senior Advisor - Business Development of the YARD REAAS Group, was a speaker at the Italian Investment Council 2025, the conference organised held by Remind - Association of Good Practices in the Manufacturing Sectors, which was held on 25 February at Palazzo Ferrajoli, Rome.

The event was an important opportunity for discussion among leading institutional, economic and industrial players, with the aim of defining effective strategies for Italy's sustainable growth. A shared path aimed at promoting industrial investment policies and sharing national good practices at European and global level.

Speaking on the panel dedicated to the topic ‘Real Estate Industrial Policies for the Future’, Ivano commented: ‘The real estate market is going through a phase of profound transformation, thanks to the development of increasingly targeted products for specific client segments and for all types of asset class.
