Claudio Cont, Head of ESG & Sustainability at the RYZE Group, will be among the speakers at the fourth edition of The ESG General Assembly, an initiative by Il Quotidiano Immobiliare, scheduled for 24 March 2026 at the venue in Trescore Balneario (BG).

The debate will focus on the most current and relevant issues linked to the application of ESG criteria for the development of increasingly sustainable real estate.

“Today, ESG is no longer a matter of principles, but of execution. It is not frameworks or reports that make the difference, but operational choices: where we invest, which metrics we consider truly relevant, and what we are willing to change, even when it is complex. In many cases, the issue has already been incorporated into strategies, but the critical step is to integrate it into the day-to-day management of the business.” says Claudio.
