Andrea Radice, COO of the YARD REAAS Group, will take part as speaker at the conference “Services for Real Estate. Creating value through sustainability” hosted by Il Quotidiano Immobiliare, to be held on Thursday 4 September at the Assimpredil Ance headquarters in Milan.

The conference will explore the increasingly strategic role of services in real estate, where sustainability constitutes a key factor in attracting investment and strengthening asset resilience. A discussion between investors and service providers on the innovative approaches and practical solutions that, through technologies, management, and design, transform properties into tools for sustainable growth.

Specifically, Andrea will speak on the panel “The relationship between service quality and fair compensation”, exploring one of the long-standing challenges in real estate: finding the right balance between cost optimisation for the client and sustainable compensation for service providers.
