RYZE acted as Technical Advisor to Kervis SGR in the sale of the office building located at Via Romagnoli, 6 in Milan, providing support throughout the Vendor Due Diligence and Closing Assistance activities.

Known as the Glass Building, the property was designed by PCMR and completed in 2006. It stands out for its west-facing glass façade, conceived to help protect the building from solar radiation while reflecting an early commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability. Its distinctive architectural envelope, featuring interwoven glass elements that create a striking visual effect, also preserves the central staircase designed by Caccia Dominioni, establishing a dialogue with Milan's architectural heritage.

Acquired by a private investor, the property is a standalone office building comprising nine above-ground floors and two underground levels, with a total gross floor area of approximately 19,000 sqm.
