RYZE acted as technical advisor to Epsicap REIM in the acquisition by SCPI Epsicap Nano of a portfolio of three commercial properties located in Agrate Brianza, Ferrara and Lentate sul Seveso, for a total consideration of €5.35 million. As part of the transaction, RYZE provided support with the technical Due Diligence process.

With this acquisition, which comprises three properties occupied by leading international brands, Epsicap Nano is making its entry into the Italian market.

The first property, situated in Agrate Brianza, is a 613-square-metre food court comprising two units leased to Burger King and La Piadineria. Completed in 2022, the asset benefits from excellent accessibility thanks to its proximity to one of the main motorway routes connecting Milan and Bergamo.

The second property is situated in Lentate sul Seveso, approximately 35 minutes north of Milan. Completed in 2024, the 1,642-square-metre retail complex benefits from a location at the heart of an established retail area. Its two units are occupied by Action and dm and form part of a development that also includes an Aldi store.

The portfolio is completed by a 414-square-metre retail property in Ferrara, leased to Burger King. Completed in 2023, the asset is situated along the motorway linking Bologna to Venice.
